Let’s make things clear before starting.
Straightforward answers about the technology, the way we work and what to expect from an engagement.
We can discuss your specific requirements in an initial conversation.
What exactly does SüreçMimarı do?
We analyse how work happens in your business, then design and implement the software, system connections and automation it needs. Technical development is considered alongside the process and its users.
Does every solution need AI?
No. Conventional software and automation may be more suitable for tasks governed by fixed rules. AI is used for areas such as document understanding, classification or information retrieval when evaluation shows that it adds value.
Do we need to replace our existing ERP?
Many engagements can work around the existing system. We first review its version, licence, API capabilities and permitted data access. This assessment determines which connections can be built.
What should we prepare for the first conversation?
A short description of the process, the systems involved and an example of the problem are enough. There is no need to share confidential documents or live customer data in the first message.
Which systems can be integrated?
The experience includes .NET and MSSQL applications and integrations with Mikro, Netsis, Logo and Eta ERP systems. For other systems, API, file transfer and approved data-access options are assessed separately.
How is access to our data managed?
Required access, permissions and data sharing are agreed at the start. Representative or masked data is used for testing where possible. If an AI service is involved, the data sent to each provider is clarified separately.
How long does a project take, and how is it priced?
Timing and cost depend on scope, connected systems, data quality and acceptance criteria. Discovery, implementation and ongoing support can be planned as separate items.
Are source code and documentation included?
Source code, usage rights, technical documents and handover scope are defined in the proposal or contract at the start. The included components are stated explicitly.
How do you measure time savings?
Baseline processing time, waiting, corrections and errors are established first. The same measures are compared after the pilot and during use. The website calculator provides only an assumption-based illustration.
Does automation make critical decisions?
Approval requirements, uncertain matches and exceptions are defined within the process. Human approval is retained where needed, with visible responsibility and a record of actions.
Can we work remotely?
Analysis and development discussions can take place remotely. If on-site observation, training or setup is needed, the scope and arrangements are agreed separately.
What happens after launch?
An agreed support arrangement can cover maintenance, issue review, monitoring and improvements. Support hours, response times and included work are defined separately in the agreement.
