Information submitted through the form
Your name, email, topic and message are used to assess your enquiry and respond. Company, phone and current systems are optional. Campaign parameters arriving with the form may be included in the notification to understand which link led to the enquiry.
Telegram notifications
If you choose to submit the form, your details are sent from the server to a Telegram notification channel. Telegram is a separate service provider and messages may be processed and retained on its service. The form includes a confirmation for this transfer. You can use email instead if you do not want transmission through Telegram. Form messages are not additionally stored in an application database.
Country-based language selection
On the first visit to the address without a language path, an existing language preference is checked first. Otherwise, your public IP address may be sent by the server to country.is to obtain a country code. Türkiye maps to Turkish, Romania to Romanian and other countries to English. Lookup results are cached in server memory for up to 24 hours. English is used if the service is unavailable. IP location may be approximate; you can always change the language.
Essential cookies
The sm.language cookie remembers the selected language for one year. sm.antiforgery supports secure form submission. These cookies serve website functions. This version does not include Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Meta Pixel or advertising tracking code. Search-engine verification tags are not analytics or tracking scripts.
Technical records and retention
Technical access and error logs may be produced according to server configuration. Form contents and Telegram bot credentials are not written to application logs. Enquiry correspondence may remain in the relevant communication channel for the assessment and ongoing business relationship; you can contact us to request removal of unnecessary records.
